The lower level boasts a cozy quiet den with a beautiful DECORATIVE ONLY NON USABLE wood stove fireplace and massive stone hearth surround as well as a big screen smart TV on the Mantle. In the kitchen we have Granite countertops and a brand new GE 30" DOUBLE Wall Oven for the gourmet cook in you as well as a new Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal and GE Refrigerator/Freezer with an Icemaker. Plenty of cabinet and countertop space with most all of the amenities you could use! Plus the large single bowl stainless steel sink makes it easy to clean everything including the baby! Large windows throughout the house bring tons of natural light in when wanted. All windows have shades with blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Outside you are surrounded by large old Oak trees and over 3 acres of parklike grounds to chase the kids or dogs, play soccer or frisbee golf or just relax and read a book in the sun or shade; there's lots of both! The large backyard area is fenced in for kids and pets safety!! Garbage and waste pick up day is Thursday so garbage cans need to be placed at the curb near the end of the long driveway on Wednesday evenings. There are 3 cans. One each for garbage, recyclables and yard waste.
