Chalet Chutzli

Axalp lies 1535 m above sea level on a plateau above Lake Brienz. In winter, Axalp is transformed into a natural paradise covered in white snow with a magnificent view over the wintry mountain and lake landscape. The small, fine winter sports area impresses with its charm, family-friendliness (children ski for free on Saturdays) and warm hospitality. In summer, numerous hiking trails lead through the impressive natural landscape and up to the imposing mountain peaks. The space The chalet is ideal for families, small groups or anyone else and is located directly on the ski slope. An open, cosy living area and two bedrooms invite you to stay. The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine, fondue, raclette etc.). Behind the house there is a sunny seating area with barbecue (barbecue can only be used in summer) where you can enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. In summer, a parking space is available free of charge directly at the chalet. In winter you have to use the public car park 5 minutes walk away. The path is prepared by the Sportbahnen Axalp with the piste vehicle and is easily accessible (30 metres lead over ski slope / luggage sledge is available). Guest access Entire flat and seating area is available for the guest's sole use. Other things to note Axalp has a reduced range of shopping facilities (small shop available). Other grocery shops as well as doctors, dentists, drugstore and pharmacy are in the valley in Brienz (13 km) or Meiringen (20 km). The regional hospital is in Interlaken (40 km). The Axalp also has gastronomic facilities. However, depending on the season, you will have to check how open they are.
