Bring the entire crew and play on kayaks or swim mat by request, use the diving board, make smores at your private lakeside fire pit, have fun on the beach, drink coffee or hot tea on the deck and enjoy the beautiful view with gorgeous sunsets. This is lakeside living at its finest! This home was created to be a lake haven for every person that stays. The space 6BR, 4BA. 2 master King bedroom with sitting area with beautiful views of Smith Lake upstairs and downstairs. Queen bedroom with hanging lamps and shelves and a lake view upstairs and queen bedroom downstairs with a lake view. One of a kind built-in bunk bedroom with 2 double beds on the bottom and twins on top on the main level. 4 twin bunks in the basement. Living room with unobstructed view of the lake out of 3 large windows upstairs and down. Single slip dock 10 x 24 that has a V-hull lift supports up to 4400 lbs with Shock IQ with swim deck that has a diving board and ladder. Swim mat and kayaks are available for use by request. Guest access Entire home. Other things to note *Please no smoking of any type on the premises. *We ask you to be kind to our neighbors. Quiet time from 9 pm to 7 am. The neighbors have notified Airbnb in the past if it’s too loud/noisy. *Please notify us if there will be more joining you than are indicated on the reservation. Only those that are listed on the reservation should be at the home. *NO PARTIES allowed or large gatherings (only 15 or less people allowed at the home at a time). This will lead to early eviction. *Life jackets are recommended for younger swimmers and inexperienced swimmers around the dock and beach area. Please swim and dive at your own risk. Please put swim ladder up at end of each day if used. *Some of our guests may have pet allergies. We’re sorry you won’t be able to take your fluffy friends with you. *Trash must ALL be within trash bags otherwise trash pick up will leave behind garbage. This makes our neighbors very upset. *If the fire pit is used, please ensure the firewood stays inside the fire pit (avoid putting too much firewood in at a time) and the fire is not left unattended. *Please do not feed the wildlife because they will return and leave “droppings” on the dock. *Please stay on Lake Haven Property only. Our neighbor has cameras and has notified us many times when guests have walked on his property.
