The Peacock of the Day in Touraine (peacock butterfly)

Gîte of 60 m², classified 3 stars and labeled Green Key, combining the charm of the old and the comfort of a modern home. Ideally located 25 minutes from Tours and at a perfect distance from the major tourist sites (Châteaux, vineyards, etc.) and at the crossroads of bicycle routes and pedestrian circuits, it is the ideal base for a quiet stay enjoying the advantages of Touraine. The space The living area, measuring approximately 30m², features a fully equipped kitchen and a wood-burning stove (available during the cold season, generally between October and March) in the lounge area. The bedrooms, measuring approximately 15m² upstairs and 9m² downstairs, can be configured with either one 160x200cm bed or two 80x200cm beds. We can provide a travel cot (on request) which can be placed in the upstairs bedroom, as well as a baby bath, a booster seat... The gîte features a 200 m² garden, a sheltered terrace and a bicycle storage room (Accueil Vélo certified). Please ensure you are fully aware of the house rules and the times indicated. We remain at your disposal for any further information. Guest access The gîte is independent of our house and has its own garden, a wooden terrace at the entrance and a sheltered terrace. You can park your vehicles in the private car park dedicated to the gîte. Other things to note The accommodation does not have any specific equipment suitable for people with disabilities.
