Stone house with outdoor space

This ancient stone house stands at the edge of the medieval hill town of Ischia di Castro, in a very sunny and quiet position. The interiors are spacious and elegant and provided with all comforts. Outside, a private terrace with tiny garden beside, will let you take your meals in open air, watching the typical landscape around. Ischia di Castro is also a perfect position to easily reach the Sea, the lake of Bolsena and many more other historical, archeological and naturalistic destinations. The space The house is composed by a big living room at the entrance, characterized by an open space including dining room and kitchen. Two beautiful stone arches enhance the experience of a typical medieval house. The night side of the house is composed by two bedrooms each provided with its own bathroom with wc and shower or bath tub. Other things to note 1)The television doesn’t work and it’s not among the accessories included in the service . 2) Be careful not to move the WiFi device from the window shelf, because it’s the only place where it works. 3)The little grass garden bedside the house is not private, however people are not allowed to pass by the private terrace to reach it when the house is occupied. 4)To access the house from the parking lot, you have to go down and meet some steps. So the location is not fitting for people having difficulties for walking. 5) The separate garbage disposal is not implemented in the historic district area, so you can collect all your garbage in the same plastic bag and throw it in the bin that will find in the main street leading to the house.
