Comprised of a generous open-plan living area that incorporates sitting room, dining table and kitchen, there is ample space provided. The living areas are also supported by a large luxurious bedroom and master bathroom, making Bell Tower Cottage a wonderful example of a quality retreat that has been purposefully designed for a couple. With a wood burning stove in the sitting room, this bolt hole is equally comfortable in the heat of the summer as it is in the depths of a cold winter. With so much of the landscape being wooded, autumnal walks through the valley are also a tremendous pleasure. The interiors of the cottage have been beautifully curated to make the accommodation uncomplicated, yet stylish. The superb bathroom and bedroom are a match for any boutique hotel! Outside the aspect offered in the garden gives you a view across the Stour Valley, and is bordered by the garden of the neighbouring property. From here you can enjoy a good coffee and a calm start, while looking out for visiting wildlife from the adjacent woodland. This can include woodpeckers, owls, kestrels and deer. Additional Information: One well-behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). While infants are welcome, you must provide you own travel cot and high chair. Synthetic bedding is provided. Dining area With dining table and seating for four guests. Sitting room With Netflix enabled SMART television, DVD player, wood burning stove, bluetooth speaker and selection of books and games. Study With desk. Master bathroom With roll-top bath, separate walk-in shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. First Floor: Master bedroom With a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side tables and lights. Outside: A pretty veranda by the front door provides a lovely protected area in which to sit. Dining set, fire bowl and charcoal barbecue provided in the enclosed garden. Off-road parking outside of the property.
