Loft with parking and wooded terrace near Lyon

Newly refurbished 25 m2 loft studio, furnished with quality furniture. Private and secure residence, the space includes a covered parking space, adjoining and a large furnished wooded terrace. Olympic Games 2024: GROUPAMA STADIUM 12 min, direct access. Very easy access to the northern ring road. Buses A32, A71 & C5 stop in front of the residence and allow you to reach La Cité Internationale in 10 min and 5 min more for the ultra center and old Lyon. The space The Loft Caluire is a single-story studio, spacious and bright thanks to its bay window and skylight. You will sleep peacefully, on new hotel-quality pillows and bedding (160 x 200 cm). Linens and towels are of course provided. The sofa can be converted into an extra bed (we charge €18 excl. tax for the provision of the additional linen kit corresponding to the sofa bed, please request it when you book). Also, we have the possibility to install a baby crib for free (upon request). The kitchen is equipped with a traditional oven, microwave, induction hobs, range hood, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine (and even a fondue machine). For your first breakfast, you will have tea bags and coffee pods available. All the basic utensils will allow you to cook. On the living room side, a storage closet is reserved for guests, it allows you to store a small cabin suitcase and hang clothes there. There is a small table and an iron. The Loft is equipped with a smart TV and a high-speed internet connection that will allow you to telecommute easily. The bathroom area has a shower, toilet, washing machine and drying rack (we do not provide laundry). In the closet, a hairdryer and a first aid kit are available. Samples of shower gel, shampoo and hand wash are offered. The 20 m2 concrete and tree-lined terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors thanks to the recently installed garden furniture. Flower boxes delimit the space reserved for the Loft, you will find an azalea and a camellia from Japan, a guava tree from Brazil, fragrant boxwood, a dwarf peach tree but also aromatic plants (thyme, mint, bay leaf, rosemary, lemon balm...). Finally, adjoining the Loft, the covered parking space (2.80 m high x 2.80 m wide x 5 m long) allows you to park any type of vehicle, van, car or motorcycle. Guest access The private terrace is bordered by flower boxes. Beyond this limit, the area is reserved for the two neighboring lofts. Other things to note The loft has just been renovated, we ask guests to take care of the accommodation. The use of the electric blind of the bay window as well as the curtain of the skylight (skylight) are to be used with care.
