Country idyll at the Steintanz - Real eco-house with flair

It blooms, smells, buzzes and everything lives here - you will experience it! Your apartment (1/3 of the house) was expanded and lovingly furnished in 2021 with natural building materials (clay, wood, lime, cork) by regional craftsmen. In the surrounding natural garden, old and young fruit trees provide wonderful fruits. The 1-hectare property on the edge of the village overlooking the open countryside and forest offers you all open space. Garden tour with fresh apple juice, flower scent and grass stroking is included. The space The house, built in 2002, is heated by a geothermal heat pump. Electricity comes directly from the sun via the roof. Wood and bright natural colors characterize the ambiance, while wide views of the garden and surroundings enhance the feeling of life. You will experience the seasons in the change of plants and shrubs. The sky is unobstructed and star gazing is very possible. Lean back in a hammock or deck chair, relax and enjoy the lush variety with bird chirping. In the evening by the fire with nightingale and owl calls, the day is perfect! Our apartment is next door. If you have any questions or requests, we are usually nearby. In our garden, which is separated from the vacation area by a gate and fence, lives our large friendly Kangal dog Sina, who is not supposed to leave the yard. Sometimes the sheep are also in the garden behind the electric fence. Therefore, please always close the gates! Unfortunately, you cannot bring your own animals. The paths from the house to the forest or field are sometimes wet and earthy (clay!). That's why sturdy shoes are good. We also have rubber boots. Otherwise, barefoot across the meadow! Before you arrive, you can order regional organic food via our guest access at Biofrisch-Nordost until Wednesday morning (7:00 am). Access is available after booking. Delivery is Thursday evening. We'll put it in your fridge.
