The space This spacious mountain retreat offers plenty of space for families and groups to relax while enjoying the peaceful mountain setting. The main house comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests and features four bedrooms, including two primary suites (one with a cozy fireplace), making it ideal for multiple couples or families traveling together. The main living area provides a welcoming place to gather after a day of exploring, with comfortable seating and space to unwind together. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare meals, share family dinners, or enjoy a relaxed morning coffee before heading out for the day. Large windows throughout the home bring in natural light and views of the surrounding pine trees, creating a peaceful mountain atmosphere. The garage, shop area below the home, and a small cleaning closet are kept locked for storage and are not part of the guest space. Other things to note The pool is typically open and available for use May through October, depending on weather conditions. Because the home is located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains and surrounded by national forest, guests may occasionally encounter pine pollen, insects, or wildlife during their stay. We recommend bringing bug spray if you plan to spend time outdoors. During winter months, snow and weather conditions may impact travel in the area. Four-wheel drive or chains may be required depending on conditions.
