Completely renovated with no expense spared you will not want for anything during your stay. Fully updated and stocked kitchen. This is the lower level 1BR and it opens into the courtside patio. Guest access The grounds are a shared common area but each unit has its own set of outdoor furniture. Note your patio furniture is in the front of your unit. Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
