The space This is a attached, downstairs space w/a bedroom w/a queen size bed, bathroom, living area w/a television and small dining table/chairs with a mini-fridge, coffee/water station, board games and record player with an OPTIONAL additional bedroom w/a queen size bed and twin bed avaialble at an extra cost w/more than 2 guests. This space is not for light sleepers as you will hear some noise from people/pets walking around upstairs. Guest access Guests have their own private space just downstairs from the main house w/their own entrance. The hostess/owner lives upstairs in the main house w/her dog and exchange students. Guests have the option to use the full kitchen in the main house and front door for easier access as well. All outdoor spaces are shared and not private. Other things to note Your fury friends are welcome w/an additional charge of $25 and advance notice/approval as I have a dog that also lives on the property. Only guests that are on the reservation are allowed. There is an additional fee per person after the first 2 guests as this will kick in the use of an additional bedroom. NO PARTIES! Smoking is allowed outside only. Guests are expected to keep the noise level down after 10pm to be respectful of the neighbors and others that live on the property.
