Casa Tranquila is in a very quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to beach and El Tunco center. People stay here to surf, chill, work remotely to have a quiet home but also be close to the hustle of Tunco. Ensuite room with 1 super comfy bed, 50 mb wifi, ac (or fan), access to big garden, pool and a well equipped kitchen! The shared terrace was recently renovated and is open and spacious! Note this is a room in my private residence where I live with my 3 dogs and work from home. The space This room has one super comfy 140cm beds, a desk, AC, there are portable fans you can use too, there is a chest of drawer to place clothes as well as hangers. Guest access You'll have full access to the garden, terrace, pool, kitchen that will all be shared with me and possibly one other guest - and of course your own room! During your stay I work remotely from home so will be around! Other things to note Note 1 - there are currently 3 dogs living at the property with me. We live everyday life here waking up early to go for walks and going to bed early too. Note 2 - no hot water here but it is so hot you won't need it! Note 3 - this is a tropical location, bugs might be around.
