Designer beach house with access to pool and yoga

Relax and enjoy this beautiful house 100 meters from the beach with access to a big pool, discounted yoga classes, and a 4K home cinema. We rent out our home when we are traveling ourselves. The space The house is a cozy space designed with a lot of love and souvenirs from our travels. It is a one-bedroom with a king-size bed, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and office space. The living room has a home cinema so you can enjoy movie nights. All of that in a 5-minute walk to the beach. The land of this property is 1/3 of an acre or 1500 sqm composed of the main house (which is offered for rent in this ad), two studio apartments on the second level, and a rental camper. There is also a Yoga Studio with a pool and you have a discounted price to access the classes. The common areas are the Yoga Studio which is open only for classes 6 hours a week, and the pool which you have access to when classes are not happening, there is a huge desert garden and everyone can enjoy their own privacy. The house and its front terrace you will have for yourself. We have a helper who lives nearby and takes care of our two dogs when we are away and can clean the house inside five times a week. Our two dogs will be on the property and we are looking for someone that enjoyed the company of dogs and are happy to give them dinner and some love while you're here. We provide the food and the help will walk them five times a week and give the breakfast and normal care. Guest access You have access to all the common areas and the private house. We appreciate guests who are independent, and respectful of others and the environment. You have access to the yoga studio while classes are happening, we offer 6 hours of classes a week and you can use the pool when classes are over. Which is the majority of the time. Other things to note We are located between a desertic and mangrove natural reserve and the beach. You will get to experience the local nature and its magic. The neighborhood is really quiet and you can gaze at the stars during the night. This is a 15-20 min drive from La Paz downtown and Uber services are not available from here. We recommend having a car to move around, and we also have a contact from a private driver that you can hire for airport rides.
