Set price with no hidden fees, no cleaning fees & no smiling fees. While your stay here in PR, I can recommend lots of beautiful beaches and nearby rivers that are safe to visit. surf/beach tours, & kite board lessons available. Available for Airport pick-up/Drop-off The space First floor, A/C studio with a Full sized, memory foam bed, covered with hypoallergenic, bed bug cover. A small private terrace in the back for sun bathing, and the beach is just a five minute walk away. A calm cool & clean place to lay your head and rest. (No parties) NO Indoor SMOKING 🚭 ALLOWED $90 cleaning fee if studio is left contaminated with any smoke. There is a back patio should you need to consume. No cooking stove. The Property has an Ispring triple water filter system, sediment and carbon filter. It’s small but comfortable, just as described. Please be aware: There are steps in the apartment and in the building in general. Guest access First floor, Private studio with private bathroom and outside terrace. Half kitchen, stocked, with full refrigerator and microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker. No stove We got a TV!!📺 Other things to note Free parking on the premises. The parking space is elevated at an angle. The building’s hot water is solar heated. If the weather’s been gloomy it’ll be warm, otherwise super hot. The building is being refurbished. Some construction is always being completed in between guest stays. The property has an Ispring water triple filter system. There’s a Brita water filter in the fridge also.
