We are the last house at the end of the street, surrounded by beautiful trees. Our home is just a 10-minute walk from the Hyak Chair & a 4-minute bike ride to the local hiking trails. Our space offers an open concept, 3-story design (4,000 sqft). Each room is designed to provide comfort & convenience. Our garage has benches, hooks, & slats for hanging snow gear. The high vaulted ceilings & large windows provide a good amount of natural light inside & there’s plenty of additional lighting to utilize throughout the house. Our kitchen is fully operational & ready to use. You can stay connected with your group in our open-concept kitchen living room/dining room area. The back patio has a hot tub & BBQ, which can be accessed through the living room or master bedroom (we are located by I-90, so noise may be heard from this patio). You will enter the front door via the smart lock & will be given a personal code that will be active during the duration of your stay. You will also have access to the remote key fob - allowing you to enter the right side of the garage at your convenience. Our garage is NOT for parking. Rather, it serves as a space to unload your luggage & groceries. It's a space where you can remove snow/bike gear before entering the house (Please DO NOT wear traction/ice shoes in the house). ☆ THIS IS A SMART HOUSE PLEASE SEE THE HOUSE MANUAL DURING CHECK-IN TO AVOID FEES FOR DAMAGING OUR APPLIANCES & ACCESSORIES ☆ - Please be aware of mountain wildlife (i.e., bears, mice, deer, etc). Keep all doors & windows closed. Keep property trash/litter free. Help keep wild animals away from the house. - NO PETS, PARTIES or UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED (we can evict if we see any violations on the property via camera @ the front door, driveway & garage) - You may request different Check In & Check Out times or dates. This home has a maximum occupancy of 13 people (13 Adults or 3-6 Kids). ☆You may request to rent the main level at a different rate if you have a smaller group (it has an 8 Adult Max Capacity)
