Scout is a one-bedroom apartment, in Salem Center, decorated to look like the rustic interior of a log cabin. The full mural was painted by a local artist. Enjoy roasting marshmallows on the tabletop S’mores maker, or warmup by the electric fireplace. The apartment features a full kitchen with all the amenities, queen sized memory foam bed, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, portable A/C, and coin laundry in the basement. This apartment is designed for traveling professionals. Plenty of dishes and linens for your needs. There is a starter set of coffee and tea, as well as some small meal and snack items in the cupboard. Inquire about monthly stays! Located one mile to Salem Health, Willamette University, and the State Capital. Two miles to downtown. All genders, orientations, religions, ethnicities, and races are welcome here. You’ll be given a personal code to the front door, and another code to the apartment. No keys to lose! It is unlikely that you will see us throughout your stay, though our housekeeping and maintenance teams are available as needed. We respond to messages within 1 hour. This is an “up and coming neighborhood” in a capital city. There are some buildings around us that are less beautiful than ours. Some of our favorite breakfast spots are within walking distance! Ask for more recommendations! One mile to all the fun that downtown has to offer. There are spaces for four compact cars behind the building. There is also on-street parking. This apartment is ideally for traveling professionals. In accordance with our agreement with the management company, upon booking we will also ask you for your ID, your email address, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement. The TV is a ROKU, which means you can stream Netflix, HBOMax, Hulu, etc, using your OWN accounts. This is a safe area of town, but it is in a capital city. That means that you may hear normal city noises, like homeless people, traffic, garbage trucks, a train, or aircraft. We do provide earplugs for this reason. This is a building of ten apartments. There are five (unassigned) parking spots in the back of the apartment. You’re welcome to park there, if there’s room. There is a coin laundry setup in the basement.
