The space Renovated, spacious, bright, 2 Bedroom, with large Kitchen, 4 piece washroom, basement space in a shared house, the space has its own interior door but you need to enter via the laundry area to the unit. There is paid street parking, doorstep TTC bus, parks and sites etc. Both the house and property are exclusively Non Smoking. Note for guests that there is a bulkhead that goes between the living room and kitchen area that is lower the 5'7. Some people that are taller will have to duck so they don't hit their head. Otherwise the space is pretty consistent in height 5'9 ceilings. Guest access Secured door to entrance of space with pin pad code number door lock. You will walk through the laundry area to gain access to the AIRBNB suite. Other things to note There is a lower bulkhead (5'7) in kitchen to watch for people over 6 feet tall.
