Bookings are for Adults and children 8+ Private Entry - Self Contained - Covered Patio Separate Kitchen, Lounge/Dining (with views to garden) and Bedroom King Bed and a Day Bed that accommodate a third guest (size is 1800x800) Relaxing walk to Currimundi Lake or take the Coastal Pathway to Dicky Beach and Moffat Beach. Short drive to popular swimming beaches, Caloundra, Sunshine Coast Private Hospital and Kawana Sports Complex Local Shops & Bus stops just 600m walk The space Private entry through the guest suite covered patio area with artworks, plants, table and chairs. Open the sliding door to walk directly into the separate full kitchen with a Tea/Coffee nook in the mini butlers pantry with a variety of complimentary beverages provided. For those not wishing to eat out all the time the kitchen has a good size fridge, oven, cooktop and microwave to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen flows into the combined lounge/dining area with views to our garden (no access). White, timber and splashes of blue; the warmth of bamboo floors, timber dado walls and fresh white paint give this space a cozy, coastal and relaxing feel. Watch Netflix or spend some time reading on the sofa or day bed. The spacious separate bedroom has a king bed with mattress topper, fresh linen, large wardrobe and lots of drawer space. Bathroom with fresh towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided for your convenience. Washing machine is located in the kitchen and a small washing line in the patio area. There is also outside cold shower to rinse off sand and salt from an enjoyable day at the beach. Guest access Guests will have full use of the Guesthouse and the private courtyard area. Free on street parking is available. The Guesthouse is joined to our private home but is locked off from the main house. Other things to note AIR-CONDITIONER: Summer temperature for air conditioning is a comfortable 23c/24c and windows and doors must be closed when in use. Air-conditioner must be turned off when not in the Guest House. NO PETS: As we have a dog on site we are unable to accommodate any pets.
