However, blankets, bath/face towels or toiletries must be brought from home. If you need additional bed linens during your stay, an additional fee will apply to cover laundry and replacement costs. This measure aims to ensure the quality and hygiene of the items provided. Check-in: I will be at the property in person to welcome you and give you the keys. The address and my contact will be sent after you complete the reservation. Check-out: On the day of your departure, we will go to the property at the agreed time to receive the keys. The garage is for 1 standard size vehicle. If the car is very large, leave it in front of the property, as the neighborhood is quiet. No parties are allowed, the use of the property is exclusive for daily rates for the season. Visitors are allowed, but it is forbidden to receive people to stay overnight in the property without prior authorization, subject to breach of contract and fine. We do not accept pets of any kind.
