This can also usually include free early check-ins and later check outs. These are subject to availability but are not available to guests who book via Airbnb. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use the “contact” function BEFORE requesting to book so I can confirm availability and suitability for your stay. The space The main bedroom has a superking bed, with a large fitted wardrobe. It's suitable for 2 guests who would normally travel as a couple. The second bedroom is much smaller and whilst it has a double bed, it is suitable for 1 guest due to the limited space. We recommend utilising this bedroom for a child, or a 2nd adult if only 1 guest is occupying the main bedroom. The living/dining room is spacious and has a large smart TV along with plenty of DVDs to choose from. All rooms have black out blinds and/or curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. There's a shower room (no bath) with electric shower (so constant hot water). Toiletries may be available however I am currently using the remainder of any mini toiletries and not replacing these for sustainability reasons. I find most guests bring their own toiletries. If have toiletries provided is essential for you, please contact me prior to booking. The kitchen comes with oven, hob, large fridge and freezer, all cooking facilities/utensils and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Washing machine (no dryer but clothes horse provided). **Parking only available if booking directly, not Airbnb** Guest access You will have access from 4pm on arrival until 10am on departure. Early check in and luggage drop off are only offered to direct bookers, subject to availability - can be guaranteed upon request. Please don't ask for early check in or late check out if booking on Airbnb Other things to note This is absolutely not a party venue. I live locally and the neighbours will contact me if there is any noise whatsoever. I will have no issue telling any guest to vacate with immediate effect should any unsociable behaviour arise. Apartment is also monitored via a noise sensor with automatic alarm if triggered.
