House with garden and barbecue near the beach

Our house is 394m², surrounded by greenery and comfortably accommodates up to 13 people in 1 suite with a double bed and a single bed, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds each and 1 bedroom with a double bed. We are just a few steps from the beaches of Lagoinha and Pontal, in a residents' association on a 900m² plot of land with a garden and barbecue area. The space On the first floor of the house, guests will have access to a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with the necessary utensils for their stay. Upstairs, guests will find an airy space with a spacious living room and a TV room with a sofa. From the living room, guests can access a balcony with a view of the nature, lounge chairs, and a hammock. Up another short flight of stairs, there's a TV room and a game table. In the garden, there's a small outbuilding with a barbecue area, a powder room, and a washing machine with a clothesline. We accommodate up to 13 people in four bedrooms: one suite with one double bed and one single bed, one bedroom with one double bed, and two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds each. All bedrooms have fans, and there are two additional full bathrooms in the house for the non-suite bedrooms. We offer high-speed Wi-Fi for those who need to work from home on the beach. All TVs in the house are Smart TVs, and we provide a hairdryer and iron. We provide 1 covered parking space and 3 uncovered parking spaces within the property. Guest access The guest will have free access to all areas of the house. Other things to note - We do not provide bed linen, bath towels or blankets. If you wish, there is an extra cost of R$40 per person. - Our house is on two levels and has stairs, therefore, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. - As of February 2023, the City of Ubatuba has implemented an environmental preservation fee that must be paid through the Eco Ubatuba website. The fee will be charged using a system similar to the electronic toll collection system on highways, installed at the city's main access points.
