Our apartment is situated in a complex with three swimming-pools, a nice garden, fitness and sauna. In the immediate vicinity, there are restaurants and eateries, the beach, family-friendly activities and nightlife. You will enjoy my space, because of its cosy nature, the view and the location. My space is suited for couples, business travellers and families with children (sofa bed in the living-room). The exquisite beaches of Nai Harn beach and Promthep cape are only 3 km away. The space This is a brand-new apartment, situated on the 4 floor, was renovated in 2022 and we decorated it tastefully ourselves. It is located in a very relaxing complex of 11,200 m². The 8 m² terrace offers you a nice view. At the Condo there are three large swimming-pools, two saunas and a fitness room. Besides this, there are also three air conditioners, two flat screen televisions, both in the living-room and the bedroom. WiFi with your own internet router, refrigerator, microwave, water-heater, complete set of kitchen utensils, vacuum-cleaner. Guest access The three spacious swimming-pools, the two saunas and the fitness room can be used free of charge by guests. There is surveillance around the clock and the complex can only be accessed by the guests by means of an electronic badge.
