Cooking availability is limited to the microwave. Laundry on site for an additional fee of $7.00 per load with prior permission. During your stay We are usually home or close by in the area if needed. Other things to note Because the suite is on the lowest level of the house, you may hear occasional walking and intermittent humming from the HVAC system. Smoking of any kind in the suite will result in an additional cleaning fee of $150 and you will have to vacate the suite. Smoking is only permitted outside on the front porch.
