Need to pick up snacks for your trip or forgot your toothbrush? You hit the bullseye! Target’s next door! We’re also an 8 min drive to downtown Visalia’s local favorite coffee shops and restaurants! As well as Kaweah hospital for those traveling for work. The space *Newly constructed home with a private suite attached to main home. You have access to your own kitchenette, private bathroom, bedroom (Open bedroom no door) and private entrance. As soon as you enter the suite you'll be welcome with that clean & cozy home feeling! coziness, cleanliness and your comfort is my top priority during your stay! As you can see from my reviews I've created a clean and cozy space that will make you feel right at home, even if you're just stopping by a day or two you'll be tempted to sleep in the comfortable King size bed that guests rave about! come try it for yourself! ; ) Bedroom is furnished with one king memory foam bed. The living room has a futon sleeper that accommodates 1 person. LIVING ROOM AREA: -Hi-speed internet up to 400 MBPS! -Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, ... -futon -Dining table for four SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: It’s technically a studio with a brand-new memory foam king size mattress and luxury sheets. -Futon that fits one but can squeeze 2 if you don't mind cuddles! -Extra pillows and sheets will be found in the bedroom closet. KITCHENETTE: -Toaster -Full refrigerator -Keurig -Brita water filter -Dual electric stove top -Blender BATHROOM: -Towels -Shampoo, Conditioner & Body wash -Toiler paper -Q-tips & Cotton balls -Make-up washcloth -Hair dryer Guest access Guests have access to entire guest suite only. Other things to note *Bedroom is open to living room it has no door. *No shoes inside the suite please. Shoes are to be taken off and left by the front door for the health and safety of all. Thank you!! *Tracking mud into the suite WILL result in an additional $40 cleaning fee* POTENTIAL NOISE : A friendly Labradoodle lives upstairs. You’ll hear him walking up and down the stairs for his potty breaks :)
