Upon arrival, you will receive your electronic gate card and room key cards (available 24/7). Our reception is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time. If you arrive early due to an early flight, you are welcome to use our facilities and leave your luggage with us until check-in time. Transport from Hato Airport to Boca Simon You can take a large public bus to travel anywhere on the island for just $2. To reach Boca Simon: • From Hato Airport, take bus 2A or 2B to the Punda terminal. • From Punda, take the minibus on the Punda–Mambo route (only $1). The journey from Punda to Boca Simon takes approximately 5 minutes. We are conveniently located between Punda and Mambo Beach.
