Description
Small one room off grid camping cabin. Has twin bunk beds & full size sofa sleeper. There is a gas cook stove & 2 propane heaters to keep you cozy. Cabin “potty closet” that has a designated dump area. There is a small fire pit & some scrap firewood provided. Has coffee sugar creamer pans salt pepper plastic wear paper plates/cups/towels. VERY small amount of water. Cabin is only 15 minutes from exit 74 on 1-25 4x4 is NOT needed unless SNOW or mud.Secluded w/ seasonal creek& lots of wildlife! The space This is a camping experience to remember! This is a camping with a structure and a dream in progress for our family. This is NOT the “Marriott cabin” This is camping/glamping. Dry cabin/No running water. No electricity. The Mountain View’s are breathtaking and SO peaceful. There are lots of deer. This cabin is isolated and secluded no other neighbors visible. This is a small yet very cozy cabin. Fully insulated! Two MR BUDDY propane heaters. The cabin is well stocked with camping essentials. This is such a beautiful Colorado area. Huge skies full of stars. Enjoy a campfire, a cup of cocoa and have a mountain cabin camping trip to remember a lifetime! Guest access Cabin and 1 acre parcel Other things to note This is not the Hilton cabin. This is a dream in progress and it’s camping in Colorado with a cabin. Bring extra drinking water. There’s 6 pillows and several comforters and blankets provided inside the trunk. Propane is provided for the Mr buddy indoor propane heater, if you finish one tank tell the host that when you check out. We have tried to make this camping experience as “easy” as possible for the guest. Please remember bears and snakes live here. Cabin is secure and lock box has keys. Metal fire pit is kept inside the cabin (to prevent theft) and then taken to fire pit pad when you arrive. Use EXTREME fire caution and use grate/screen if windy. Fire extinguisher provided. Bathroom is simply a potty chair bucket system with a designated dump area. There is small solar USB station with solar lighting. Cell service is great and so is pocket WiFi. It’s best to arrive in daylight but it has solar outdoor lighting and is fine at night too. IF it is 20 degrees or higher the 2 propane heaters can keep up! ❄️ to combat cold 🥶 temps. Enjoy the million stars and watch the deer that are EVERYWHERE use caution driving in the area as well. Check weather Do NOT attempt to drive to cabin in SNOW you will get stuck. I will refund weather affected trips. Hope you come have a great Colorado camping getaway!
