A living area with a sofa that unfolds to sleep two and seats three when upright is an ideal place for a couple with kids or friends. The fully equipped kitchen allows guest to enjoy their own meals if they choose not to dine out. Our home has a SMART 47" LCD wall-mounted television. The condo has beach equipment, basic cable TV, and free Wi-Fi available to view your personal Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. The space This is a bi-level condo. The ground level provides the bedroom, laundry room, and bathroom. The second level is your living space and balcony. There are only approx. 6 steps to enter the second level. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental option. Do not exceed the occupancy of 4 people. No pets and no smoking. Guest access You will receive an email seven days before check-in with check-in details, point of contact, and after hours emergency contact. Other things to note Linens are not provided.
