The space The flat is located on the 4th floor of a mid-century building nestled on a cute street just off İstiklal. Recently renovated, this stylish flat features a sleek but cozy interior and a great amount of natural daylight - a rarity in this neighborhood. You walk-in to a hallway, which leads into a bright, spacious living room to your right, featuring a gorgeous marble dining/work table and gorgeous plants. Going down the hallway you brush past the a fully featured open concept kitchen and the nice, sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. Hallway ends with the bedroom featuring a super comfy memory foam double bed and the open wardrobe featuring a bench-height shelf, waiting to receive your luggage. The apartment comes fully equipped with brand-new appliances - Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, water purifier, washing machine, dishwasher, high-speed WIFI, and a smart TV. Must climb stairs. Guest access There is a key pad on the building entrance and a lockbox on the flat door, so check-in is a breeze! Other things to note Cleaning routine : - 3-4 hour rigorous cleaning between stays. - All-day deep cleaning every month. - Steam cleaning, alongside a fresh coat of paint, and furniture updates every year. Bedding & Towels : - Four sets of freshly cleaned towels per turnover. - Freshly cleaned sheets, linens & pillow covers. - Five pillows: two memory foam, two down pillows and one super soft poly fill. - Two comforters: one winter type, one summer type. - Extra sheets, pillow covers, linens & towels in the wardrobe. Goodies : - Welcome package containing coffee pods, Turkish delights, tea bags & sugar cubes. - Individually packaged toiletry bags, containing : shampoo, body wash, soap, cotton pads and cotton swabs. - High-grade disposable slippers. - Dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent & paper towels. - Hair dryer, ironing board & iron. - General cleaning supplies & tools incl. vacuum & mop. Required ID info from guests: The Turkish government requires guests to collect and report ID info of the guests to the police, independently of the airbnb system. So, in order to ensure an interrupted hospitality service to you, I will be needing photos of the ID pages of your passport / national IDs sent to me via airbnb messages.
