Beautiful apartment in the heart of Roma/Condesa

Charming apartment in the heart of Roma/Condesa. Large windows that let the sun in all day, lush house plants and the original tile floors make the apartment feel like an oasis in the middle of bustling Mexico City. Perfect for a short or long stay, the apartment is surrounded by markets, cafés, restaurants, shops and art galleries. And it’s just a walk away from three of the city’s best parks. The space The apartment has two bedrooms with three comfy beds, a well-supplied kitchen, a spacious dining/living room and all the necessities. Each room has closets and enormous windows that keep the apartment bright until the sun goes down. For night, there are full room-darkening shades in each bedroom. The apartment is in a safe, small building of just seven apartments, with families and kind neighbors. You must climb three flights of stairs as there is no elevator. Guest access The entire apartment is yours during your stay. There is a storage room off the kitchen where some of my things are stored, as well as apartment extras and cleaning supplies. Please be quiet and respectful of the neighbors in the building common areas (roof, hallways, open areas). Other things to note The building is over 70 years old and it’s not sound proof. The neighborhood can sometimes be noisy with the typical sounds of a lively city. The washer/dryer is a combination machine and can be a little tricky to use. Detailed instructions on its use are provided and printed in the apartment. A water filter is provided for drinking water. Aadditional apartment cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
