Rainier, the Foothills Trail within walking distance, and a community park across the street from the home with a basketball court, swings, and slides. The space This home is a 3-bdrm, 2 bath rambler. Upon entering the front door, the first room to the right is my home office and will be closed during your stay. Then onto the living room, dining room, and kitchen, follow the hallway to the bedrooms and bathrooms. When renting La Capitana, you will have your own private bathroom. Guest access Guests can access and use the common shared areas such as the dining room, living room, and kitchen. While renting La Capitana, there's a private bathroom. The guest bathroom is for the Shipmate's Room (another Airbnb listing). If you would like to rent the whole house, contact me for details. During your stay When I am home, I will socialize with my guests. However, when I am out of town, I will be available via phone for any questions or issues that may arise.
