Lakefront on Patrick Henry Lake w/lake & mtn. views. NO CHORES. EV charger w/prior notice. (~865 sqf) Boat slip, party deck, king bedroom w/desk & private balcony, queen 2nd bedroom. Large bath w/2 sinks, large shower. BBQ grill. Rollaway bed $15/night for 5th person. Kitchen w/fridge, microwave, oven/stove, toaster oven, Keurig/pods, knives, pots/pans, silverware, waffle iron, mixer, bakeware, crockpot, blender. Disposable plates/bowls/cups/cutlery if you prefer not to use the washable items The space Owners live upstairs but guests have private side entrance and total privacy in the apartment, completely separate from the owner. We do not allow sleeping on the couch. If a 5th guest (other than infant) is staying, we can provide a rollaway bed for $15/night (linens provided, advanced notice required). We have a pack-n-play available for $15/one time charge for infants (linens provided, advance notice required.) We do not have gas so there is no carbon monoxide danger. We have both disposable and reusable plates, cups and bowls so you can decide if you want to wash dishes or not during your stay. We'll take care of the last washing. All-unit water filtration. There are binders on the dining table to help you find amenities, operate devices, etc. They also have suggestions for local groceries, medical, shopping, and fun things to do. Two adult sit-in, 1 adult tandem sit-up and 1 child kayaks available with prior notice (no additional fee). Guest access Keyless entry. Park on the right side of the driveway, go through the gate and down the steps to the blue door. Other things to note EV charger - $5/week per car Guests will need to navigate steps from driveway to guest entrance and the sloped path/ramp down to the dock. Extended stay guests are provided initial supplies but will need to restock at their expense. If you would like to have groceries available when you arrive, you can order from Walmart (Ft. Henry Drive) for Curbside Pick-up and we can go get them for you and stock the kitchen. We can work out the details (pick-up time, etc.) with you if you desire this service (no additional fee).
