Small Family Home Close to DC and UMD

Perfect Central Located Small family home. Its 10-15 minutes from University of Maryland and less than 5 minutes to enter DC. You and your family will have access to fast Wifi, two bedrooms with smart TVs ready to cast your shows and movies. You’ll be minutes away from the nation’s capital, a peaceful and spacious Sligo Creek Trail for a picnic, nice run or out for a stroll on a bike/hike, Prince George’s movie theater/mall and Metro Station. The space Its a very small space. Nothing fancy, more for convenience of the location I would say. Guest access The only parts of the home that aren’t available is the attic and the back space connected to the kitchen (used for storage). The backyard can be accessed from the front of the home. Other things to note -The refrigerator is not full sized, please plan around that if it’s important to you. (I’ve provided a picture for an idea of size) -The dishwasher is currently out of service, please do not attempt to use. - I’ve provided some pots and pans but may not be suitable for all your needs. -Also provided some plastic utensils if needed but if you can, bring what you need for your stay. I’ve provide spare blankets and towels in the closet by the bathroom. Please do not take. -There’s also a broom with dustpan if needed in that same closet. -Pet owners; Be aware that the home’s backyard is connected to 3 other neighbors yards so there are other pets visiting occasionally (cats), so please be cautious.
