It has a large front yard and porch w/rocking chairs to watch the sunset and large fenced backyard with new deck and BBQ grill for that perfect steak. Kitchen is stocked with dishes/pans, paper products, all linens are provided, Keurig with coffee/tea/hot chocolate provided, washer/dryer , board games, cards, chess/checkers and corn hole...all there for your enjoyment. Plus 4 comfy beds and pull out bed in the couch. Large book of information is in the house as your guide to exploration, restaurants, shopping and more. Just bring your clothes, groceries and your favorite fishing pole! Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy, private and in a great quiet location to do so much around the lake, our town and the surrounding area. Or just relax and watch the sunset over the lake from the front porch. Electronic lock on front door allows for easy access. Lot is flat and easy to park boats/trucks with outdoor flood lights for those early morning launches.
