It is composed of a nice living room, an open plan kitchen, a shower room, you can also enjoy a shared garden of about 600 m² as well as a terrace and a balcony. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with TV and sofa bed (double). - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... and a dining area. - A shower room with Italian shower and WC. Outside : - A jacuzzi available all year round - A beautiful shared garden of 600 m². - A terrace of about 27 m² and a balcony of 15 m² adjoining the kitchen with full sun in the afternoon to enjoy the sunny days and the view on the horizon.
