Centrally located building was built in the 50s as a motel then remodeled in the 80s to be apartments. There is nothing between you and the Ocean except city parklands. Surrounded by nature yet just a couple blocks to dining and shopping. We are a female owned and operated . We check for hidden cameras with every cleaning and have never found any. Picturesque sandy path to beach is @ 2000 ft hike to Ocean or just 2 blocks south there is paved approach you can drive or bike to beach. Both intersect with asphalted discovery trail which winds serenely through the dunes for miles with stunning views. Great for biking, rollerblading, short or longer hikes. And... there is a newly built frisbee golf course in the parklands just a ways down the path. Beach and Folf course trails may be unpassable in rainy season without rubber boots.
