Play some foosball or basketball in the garage. Or hop in the car and venture to one of the nearby parks. This property features all the comforts of home, come getaway and make memories! The space The Home: Welcome to Highgate Oasis! Come inside and let the vacation begin! The large sliding glass door and back wall windows invite in ample natural light and provide a clear view of the private pool. There’s plenty of room for the entire family to watch a program in the living room or gather around for a board game. And the fully-equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs. Our favorite part of the house? The private pool out back! Take a dip and cool off, or work on your tan poolside. Have the pool heated during your stay for $35/day - message ahead of time to make arrangements. Back inside, you can find the primary bedroom with the king-size bed is a comfortable space to retreat to in the evenings. There’s an additional TV in here, as well and an ensuite bathroom with a standing glass shower and oversized tub. Back towards the front of the home you can find the remaining bedrooms. The queen size room is the perfect place to rest and relax. The bunk room is ready for little adventurers to catch some ‘zzz’s before a busy park day. A second bathroom is shared between these two rooms. Out in the garage, the fun continues. You can find foosball, a basketball 2-player game, and assorted board games. The Community: The Highgate Oasis is set in a quiet, gated community. We love our neighbors and please ask that our guests be respectful and courteous of them. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, including the private pool and garage area. Other things to note Pool heat is extra. Pool heat rate is $35 per day (3 days minimum) and we will bill you at the time you check in. Please refrain from using the pool area after 8:30PM - there is a neighborhood-wide quiet time per HOA bylaws. Thank you!
