The space Luxury rustic farmhouse barn located in the heart of the Burgundy countryside with its own exclusive adjoining entertainment space and secluded plunge pool. With its premium facilities, thoughtful layout and quiet location, this fully self sufficient accommodation offers a private, warm and secluded environment for large groups who are looking to relax, connect and spend quality time in one of France’s most renowned regions. With 5 spacious bedrooms across 2 floors, this newly-renovated farmhouse barn can host up to 11 people in flexible combinations to suit your needs. The two bedrooms on the ground floor both offer en-suite bathrooms and toilets , with one room specifically adapted to reduced mobility needs. On the first floor, you will find 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms all offering its occupants an environment where they can privately unwind. Here you will also find the fully fitted kitchen and dining room providing its guests everything they need to showcase their culinary skills to their heart’s delight. You and the other guests will be able to enjoy your culinary creations while being comfortably seated at the communal-style farmhouse table. For a change of scenery, guests will find comfort and warmth on the large sofas at the charming ground floor lounge room which comes with a wood burning fireplace. Adjacent to the lounge room is an additional ‘Velo room’ which allows guests to watch tv or play games while sitting around burgundy wine barrels. The separate entertainment space is a converted ‘la porcherie’ (pig sty!) Now fully renovated it is far too luxurious for pigs! With its own separate kitchen , this barn’s wide doors can be opened to allow for alfresco dining under the stars. Last but not least, guests will be able to cool off in a secluded stone built plunge pool, which can be fully heated during colder months Your friendly host, Andy, resides a stones throw away and is ready to ensure his guests enjoy everything the accommodation and region has to offer while respecting their privacy. Guest access The barn, porcherie and pool is for the exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note The plunge pool has a manually operated cover which must be closed when the pool is not being used. The water temperature is dependent upon the temperature of the air as the water is heated via an air heat pump. For security reasons no drinking glasses or glass bottles are permitted around the pool please.
