Your unique door code will be sent via message prior to your arrival. Other things to note BOOKING AGE: Minimum age to book is 21 years old and primary renter must stay for the duration of the booking. FIREWOOD: Wood for wood stove can be purchased locally in Fairplay. Ask us for details! WINTER INFO & 4WD/AWD: -We REQUIRE 4-wheel drive/ AWD in the winter months (Nov-April), due to the snow accumulation in the area. The county roads are maintained and plowed along with the driveway. We have a reliable plow service but plowing isn’t immediate and may take a day or so depending on snow accumulation. HIGH ALTITUDE CABIN: We sit at over 10,000ft! -Please drink lots of water and bring moisturizer for skin. Take it easy on your first couple of days.
