We have all the pots, pans, dishes, blender, grilling tools, baking pans etc. that you'll need. ☕️Coffee - We love it and know you do too. We have a coffee bar dedicated to it all. You'll find a drip coffee maker, kettle, handheld frother, Keurig, along with pods, sweetener, tea, creamer, etc. 🛌 Beds – Two of our bedrooms have comfy king size beds and the 3rd one has a queen. 📺 Smart TV’s can be found in every room – living room, master bedroom, and the two additional guest rooms. 🛜 Fast reliable Starlink Internet – 100+ mbps! 👩‍🍳 BBQ grill right outside the back door for easy grilling. 🔥 Outdoor propane fire pit with seating. 🚾 Heated floors in the master bathroom – great for when you wake up on those chilly mornings. 🃏 Selection of books, games, and puzzles for group fun. 🐶 Dog Friendly - We accept max 2 well-behaved, adult, housebroken dogs for an additional fee. This covers the extra time it takes to remove hair from the house and bedding and keep our house looking great. 🎣 Fishing Pond - Our guests have access to a community fishing pond with no fishing license required. Bring your poles! Guest access You’ll enter through the main door using an easy-to-use electronic keypad so no need to worry about keys! Your unique door code will be sent via message prior to your arrival. Other things to note Minimum Age to Book -21 years old and primary renter must stay for the duration of the booking. Firewood -Wood for stove can be purchased locally in Fairplay. Ask us for details! Winter Driving -We REQUIRE 4-wheel drive/ AWD in the winter months (Nov-April), due to the snow accumulation in the area. The county roads are maintained and plowed along with the driveway. We have a reliable plow service if it snows more than 4 inches but plowing isn’t immediate and may take a day or so depending on snow accumulation. High Altitude Cabin -We sit at over 10,000 ft. so please be aware of the altitude. Please drink lots of water prior to and at arrival and bring moisturizer for skin.
