Our mountain home, built in 2019, is the perfect blend of rustic appeal and modern comforts. Settled in the Rockhouse Mountain area of Conway, this property allows for both quiet nights and close proximity to all Washington Valley attractions. Guests have access to Pea Porridge Pond, with multiple access points to the beaches or non-powered boat launch. The space We allow 2 dogs maximum the FEE is $150 per stay. You must add your dog during the reservation process. Any questions please ask before booking. We also only have room for a maximum of 4 cars in our driveway and parking on the road is strictly not allowed. NOTE: YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE OR MORE TO RENT OUR HOME. NOTE: We do have a ring doorbell at the front door, and a rear camera that monitors the back yard. HOT TUB: Is not to be used by guests. No exceptions. NOTE: If you leave any items behind and we need to ship the charge will be a minimum of $50. Please double check you have all of your belongings. NOTE: We try our best to make sure there is propane for the grill but its possible you might need to get it refilled, in this case you bring it to many different places and we will reimburse you, just need a photo of your receipt. Please make sure you clean grill after use, and make sure throw away any aluminum foil used in grilling, thank you so much. Guest access You will have your own code for our keyless entry. Other things to note NOTE: We do have a ring doorbell at the front door, and a rear camera that monitors the back yard. NOTE: We have black bears in the area which won't hurt you but they are always hungry and they are very smart and know how to open car doors, so please don't put any trash outside, and lock your car doors.
