It offers a colourful decor with an open plan living space, holding all the necessities you require for a restful stay in the Capital. The space This vibrant home is set over three floors, with two bedrooms, a study, 2 bathrooms, an intimate living room, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities you require to cook a scrumptious meal! The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and the second bedroom features a king bed. There is also a study room with a transformable sofa, offering you an extra space to rest whilst providing a laptop-friendly workspace. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guests' stays, and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note that the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking, and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request. Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Where a check-in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking. The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
