INDOOR LIVING: Free high-speed WiFi, Flat screen TV with Roku and all your favorite apps including Netflix and Hulu (logins required). Keep up with remote work in the dedicated, well-lit office space featuring a desk with a comfortable office chair, and a couch to lounge around. Games, puzzles, and books will entertain the whole crew in the reading nook next to the living room. The pull-out sofa (sleeps one) and an optional air mattress (sleeps two) provide plenty of sleeping options for the whole family. Free parking on the driveway (1 vehicle only). Enter through the private, side door using a smart lock code (keyless entry). Upon entry, the unit is down one flight of stairs (please watch your step, especially when it snows or it's wet outside). We've provided a Sound (white noise) Maker in the bedroom (located inside the bedroom closet) for some background noise or for light sleepers. INFANTS: If you are traveling with infants/babies, the unit is NOT baby-proofed (furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.). You assume responsibilities for all guests. PETS: We are happy to host your lovely family pet! Please let us know when booking if you have intentions of bringing a pet and if you have any questions. You will need to get approval to travel with your pet. Limit one (1) pet per stay. Additional pet will be an extra fee. In our home, we strive to provide an inclusive experience to everyone. We want you to know that this house is pet friendly and while we clean and sanitize carefully there may be some allergens present. We ask that you crate your pet when leaving the unit (this ensures no damages or accidents occur while you are away). Please do not allow your pet to go on sitting areas and beddings. If extra cleaning is discovered, we will be charging an extra fee. We have also provided cleaning rags by the entrance for your pet. Please use these to clean your pet's paws before going down into the unit. Please clean up after your pet outside the unit and around the neighborhood.
