Plax - In the heart of downtown

Great downtown location with a private fenced backyard The space The Plax Triplex is right in downtown Ocean Shores and features 1350 square feet. It is  a 2 story unit with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a microwave that has airfryer option. It offers a Spacious living room, pub table, and a dining area that seats 10. There is a bathroom on the main level. The unit has a private fenced in back yard with a BBQ , patio with a picnic table, and a park bench. The front offers a private courtyard with two benches. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with king beds. The Master bedroom has a private balcony you can open and hear the ocean. Other things to note There is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All homes have a cleaning fee. You must be 25 years or older to reserve and stay at any of our Condos or Beach Houses. The person who reserves must be present at check in. This property does allow dogs. The charge is $25 per pet per night plus tax. This charge would be due at check in airbnb does not collect pet fees. (no cats)
