Cozy Basement Room with Bath

Cozy basement retreat located in the heart of Omaha - be close to Memorial Park, UNO, Midtown Crossing, Blackstone Crossing and Benson, not to mention several miles from most of the major hospitals. The private room is designed to be a retreat with a private bathroom that has a full shower, jetted tub, and a spectacular walk in closet. The laundry (also located in the basement) and kitchen are shared. During nice weather, enjoy the backyard patio and grill. I live primarily upstairs. The space Even though there are shared spaces and a shared entrance, the room comes with a mini fridge, desk and chair so that you can maintain your own space. Bring your own streaming device to use on the smart tv in the room or kick back in the comfy recliner. Guest access Kitchen, dining, backyard patio and basement with laundry room During your stay As a teacher, I am busy during the day (except for summer months, I will be in an out). I am home most evenings and primarily spend time upstairs except for laundry; I will stay out of your way as much as possible but I do enjoy meeting new people. There is a gate at the top of the stairs to keep the dog upstairs when I dog sit for a friend who travels for work periodically. I am always available by text, and can return a phone call when I am free. Other things to note I had dog sit for a friend who work out of town periodically; his dog, Jack, is old and friendly, rarely barks and spends most of his time sleeping. He is kept upstairs behind a gate but he will greet you happily if you come upstairs. Additionally, I will be getting a new dog December of 2023 myself; he will also be kenneled upstairs.
