Multiple windows and the balcony allow natural light and sea breeze to stream in to complete that vacation feel. We are only a 8-min ride away from the airport and there are multiple casual dining options within the block such as Starbucks, McDonalds, 7Eleven and many more as well as a supermarket, a pharmacy and a bank. The space This apartment is provided to you fully furnished and includes fast internet WiFi, streaming services, in-unit Washer/Dryer, and many more great amenities. In-Building Amenities: All guests have access to the outdoor activity area, swimming pool, and the Newtown beach. As for the pool, maximum of 2 guests and 1 child can use the pool FOR FREE per day EXCEPT on MONDAYS and HOLIDAYS. As for the beach, a Php 350.00 fee will be charged per person per day. Bedroom: This tropical-themed bedroom has a comfy double bed with soft cotton sheets topped with a cozy blanket/comforter and soft pillows that offer both comfort and support. We can provide an extra single bed with a fee should you need one. Living Area: A stylish sofa and an armchair highlight the simplistic ambiance of our living area. Floor to ceiling glass windows bring in natural light that engulfs the entire unit. It also has a 40" HD TV that has access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, etc. The sofa can also be converted into a twin bed for extra guests coming in. Dining/Kitchen Area: Our kitchen comes with the basic necessities for a comfortable home-like stay. We have a 2-burner electric stove, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, and a hot kettle. A pot and pan, as well as cooking utensils can be found in the drawers for guests who would like to cook. Dinnerware such as plates, bowls, utensils, mugs and wine glasses are also available for use. Bathroom & Laundry: The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with an overhead shower, a toilet, a single sink, a blower hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Our in-unit washer/dryer can be used anytime, however, we do not provide the laundry detergent. If you do plan on using the washer/dryer, there is a grocery store found downstairs for your quick grocery runs. GUEST WAIVER: By booking this listing, the Guest hereby acknowledges that the unit they have reserved includes a balcony on the 11th floor of a residential building, which can be a dangerous area, that the balcony can become slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With FULL KNOWLEDGE of the above facts and warnings, the Guest who confirms to book the unit accepts and assumes ALL risks involved to Guest and all of Guest’s companions in or related to the use of the balcony area. Guest access Kindly inform us beforehand if you wish to bring a car with you so we can offer you parking solutions since we DO NOT have reserved parking for our guests. There is a paid open parking space a block away which charges P125.00 for 24 hours. Other things to note Early check-in fees: 2:00PM - Php 500.00 1:00PM - Php 750.00 12:00NN - Php 1,000.00 *Early check-in is upon request and needs to be approved so cleaning staff can know beforehand. Late checkout fees: 12:00NN - Php 500.00 1:00PM - Php 750.00 2:00PM - Php 1,000.00 *We will only allow late checkout until 2:00pm; check-out later than that will be considered another full night reservation. POOL HOURS ARE AS FOLLOWS: Mondays - closed for cleaning Tuesdays to Sundays - 7am to 6pm Holidays - closed for short term guests BEACH HOURS ARE AS FOLLOWS: Mondays to Sundays - 7am to 7pm Beach Restobar - 9pm to 12mn Any additional guest/s above 3 pax will have an additional fee of P500 per night (already included when you book); children under the age of 5 years old will be waived. We can also provide an additional single bed with a fee of P500 per night (if guest count is less than 3 pax). A fee of Php 2,000.00 will be imposed on used linens and towels that have hard to remove stains (i.e. make-up, blood, food, etc.). For guests who stayed more than 14 days, we give one (1) complimentary cleaning of the unit on the 7th day to maintain cleanliness of the unit. We can also arrange for a cleaner for an extra fee of 1000 pesos per cleaning. Pets are allowed depending on size and breed and SHOULD BE VACCINATED. A vaccine card is REQUIRED in order for your pet to enter the building. Please be upfront and inform us before check-in to avoid cancellation. The following Pet Cleaning Fees apply: 1-5 nights: Php 150.00/night 6-15 nights: Php 1,500.00 16+ nights: Php 2,500.00 Smoking inside the unit is STRICTLY prohibited, a fee of Php 5,000 will be imposed for smoke odour or any evidence of smoking left in the room. Should you prefer to use a physical key instead of the Smart Lock, kindly inform us beforehand so we can provide you one. Key replacement fee for lost/misplaced keys is Php 1,000.00.
