The property is large bi-level apartment located on the first and lower levels of a private triplex building (only 2 additional units in building), and consists of 3bedrooms (4 beds) and 3 full bathrooms. 1 car off street private parking included via a parking pad at the rear of the property, with additional first-come first-serve street parking located around most of the property. The property has a dedicated work space if privacy is needed, and we provide a pack'n play crib if you're traveling with a little one. All towels/linens/soaps/coffee provided! The rear parking area of the property provides private access, and it's a great option if someone in your group has mobility issues with only 2 steps to enter the property, then a bedroom and full bathroom just inside the entry way.
