We have a living room with a dining table and sofas coupled with a coupled seat, 38" TV (not Smart), 1 full indoor bathroom and 3 bedrooms with capacity for 18 guests. Availability of 20 tables and 80 plastic chairs, belonging to the space, at no additional charge. Guest access - Our guests will have full access to the space! - Gated residential condominium of farms, with easy access, located 10 minutes from Novo Shopping; - Extra guests without prior notice to hosts will not be able to access the property. - You must bring: pillows, blankets, towels. Other things to note - Loud sounds of any kind are not allowed after 10 p.m., subject to a condominium fine; - Advertised rates are for reservations of up to 16 guests and 24 guests, above this the rate changes to an extra fee that must be agreed upon with the host; - Parties (raves, private parties), or events that promote ticket sales are prohibited; - Garbage accumulated during the stay must be collected and left closed for disposal; - Minimum booking of 2 nights made only through the Airbnb platform; - For reservations of one night, without overnight stay, it is subject to change of values, consult our hosts; - There is no possibility of removing the furniture from the place; - The amounts offered do not include bed and bath linens and pillows; - There may be an additional cleaning fee if the property inspection does not comply with Airbnb guidelines (washed dishes, furniture in their respective places, collected garbage, no excess dirt on the floor and garden); - Check with our hosts for additional charges for extra guests after the 16th. - You must bring pillows, blankets and towels.
