You are welcome to stay in our luxurious and modern two-bedroom apartment in Dubai Hills opposite Dubai Hills Mall offering a peaceful and quaint lifestyle. It offers a beautiful Dubai hills mall, community and amazing Dubai hills view. Our newly furnished apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities that can accommodate up to 4 people. The space The bedrooms use 2 king-size beds with built- in wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, big and small appliances such as Nespresso machine and much more. The living space is aesthetically designed with an open kitchen and dining and an absolute treat to live in. The lounge consists of a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. It has private parking and direct lift access to the property. We provide you with all necessities including fresh towels, clean linen, tissues, dishwashing liquid, washer capsules, water, Nespresso capsules, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and dental kit. Guest Registration We will need passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors at least 24-hours in advance in order to register your stay with community/building security. We cannot guarantee your check-in if copies of your IDs are not provided on-time. Check-in and Check-out Timings Standard check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to the availability and additional charges apply! Standard Occupancy This property is suitable to accommodate up to four (04) adults. Maximum No of Guests & Visitors Maximum Occupancy: Maximum number of guests allowed for any property is two (2) adults and two (2) children under 14 years of age for master bedroom or studio AND two (2) adults and one (1) child per additional room. Maximum number of visitors allowed is one (1) adult and one (1) child under 14 years of age per bedroom, with no more than six visitors at a time. Standard check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges may apply! (Any Check-In between 7 pm to 9:30 am will be charged extra AED 700) Additional Services List of additional services such as early check-in and late checkout, One-time Grocery Shopping before your arrival, Additional Cleaning during your stay with or without linen/towels change, Airport Pick-up and Drop-off are available upon request and are subject to availability and additional charge. Property must be left clean upon checking out and if much dirty is found an additional fee could be charged. Please make sure you do not smoke inside the property as cleaning smell is difficult to remove and it can cause issues for our next check-in so that can lead to more time and more amount for getting ready the property. We never charge our guests any additional fee unless its much dirty or there is any smoking smell or anything is found damaged in the property. You might experience a noise if any nearby apartment get any work permit for upgrading. Or any new building nearby could under consrtructoin but in that case noise will only come if balcony door is kept open but if balcony door is closed then no noise will be there or it might be less so you can ask us before making a booking.
