Our home is not interrupted by any load shedding :) :) It has an internal space of 680 sqm and a land space of 1500 sqm. It has 5 Bedrooms (plus domestic room/bathroom) & 5 Bathrooms with a main deck infinity edge swimming pool central to the house (with safety net), indoor gas fireplace, fire pit area, a braai area and large lush frontal garden which is a coastal holiday schick at its best. Kitchen area is situated on the West wing main deck, and is fully equipped to entertain on the beautiful deck leading onto a 10 seated dining room table outside. Main deck is fitted with an infinity edge swimming pool central to the house (with safety net), an 8 seater outside dining room table and a 8 seater fire pit area adjacent to pool overlooking the front garden forest. There is a 8 seater bar counter with bar area/fridges, ice machine and tv entertainment area with pergola and automatic blinds with 6 seating lounge area outside on the deck under the pergola. Large Media room is situated on the East wing main deck, and is perfect as an entertainment area with 80inch TV and sound bar. Guest access GOLF: access to the 18 hole Simbithi Golf and country club. The club boasts a fine cuisine restaurant and bar entertainment area overlooking the 18th Green. FISHING: bass fishing is allowed at any of our 12 Eco estate dams. Please seek map on the Simbithi website. 4x COMMUNITY CENTERS: access to all the 4 different community centers. The main Heron Community center boasts a large communal pool, brand new braai facilities, main dam entrance, golf put-put course and mini restaurant/pizzeria. Alternate community centers are the Guinea Fowl & Kingfisher with communal pool, braai facilities and large kids play area. The fish eagle community centre has braai facilities and is great for private entertaining and bird watching over looking the beautiful Fish Eagle dam.
