Weekly Rentals for 2026 [ Arrive Mondays , Leave Sundays ] A Private Island Cottage on Georgian Bay, with both sunrise and sunset views. This charming and cozy space has all the amenities you need for an amazing experience, including a fully equipped kitchen. On the island is a unique lighthouse lookout , a private dock and clear water for swimming. In the evenings, relax on the spacious deck or gather at the fire pit to roast marshmallows, and stargaze with family and friends. The space Access to a canoe, and two paddleboards are available. ISLAND ACCESS: The Island is “boat-access only”; getting to our cottage is an adventure in itself! Whether you're embarking on the 5-minute journey from Glen Burney Marina or the 20-minute ride from the main Parry Sound dock, you'll enjoy the thrill of navigating these famous waters, with stunning landscapes unfolding around you. Alternatively, it is a 2 km canoe/kayak ride. Guest access You and your guests have access to the whole property. It is an island, so you can choose your favourite spot; whether it be sitting on the dock in the Muskoka Chairs with a coffee, or dipping in the lake on the sandy beach; or sitting on the deck watching the boats go by...you will love our little piece of paradise! Any guests that are not on the reservation need to be requested and pre-approved. Parties are not allowed. Other things to note BEDROOMS: There are 3 Bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed; and the smaller bedroom has a Double bed and an adjoining room with a bunkbed (2 adult singles). (Note: the bunkbeds are located in a small room directly off of the bedroom). There is also a 2 piece bathroom upstairs, and a full bathroom on the main floor. There is a lighthouse bunkie with a comfortable double bed - this is an island favourite as you are surrounded by the sounds of the water at night! KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with a regular sized fridge, stove, microwave. There is an additional fridge in the shed for drinks, treats and extra food storage. OUTDOORS: The outdoor shower with hot water is fully functional and an experience in itself! There is an outhouse to use when you are outside swimming! It is kept clean and functional throughout. ISLAND ACCESS: The Island is “boat-access only”; getting to our cottage is an adventure in itself! Alternatively, it is a 2 km canoe/kayak ride. There are reliable local water taxis available for transportation to and from the island; the fee is variable; approximately $50-100 per trip. There are also local boat rentals (note: you will need to have a boat license). Please message us, and we can send you information on the the local options. We are also a short canoe/kayak away from the entrance of Massassauga Provincial Park (no entrance fee). EVENTS: We recognize that you are coming for a island getaway, and we do allow you to have extra guests over to enjoy our space, with the following guidelines: the maximum number of guests needs to be approved; and there may be an additional surcharge depending on the number of guests - which will be discussed and determined based on the nature of the event (please inquire)
