Now a family-friendly villa of 300 sqm in a villa area, 15-minute walk from the square and 8 minutes to the lake with diving tower. Large garden with pool 4x10 m, trampoline, playhouse, soccer goals and areas for dinners and hanging out. Indoor entertainment includes a ping pong table, soccer game, cotton candy machine and video game room. Guest access The whole house and garden to themselves. Other things to note Not allergy-friendly. A dog lives in the house (downstairs) when it is not rented. No smoking indoors. Trains pass nearby a few times a day. The house is in a residential neighborhood with several houses/neighbors around the property.
